Every 90 seconds for 13.5 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1- Candlestick to Pistol x 10-20

Station 2- 30 second for max reps of strict hspu or 5-sec eccentric descent handstand pushups

Station 3- 60 seconds of hollow hold

WOD

AMRAP 10:

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

(You must perform 5 burpees any time the weight settles on the ground)
