Finisher 60 Pull-ups Every time you drop, perform 10 Weighted Sit-ups

2-4-6-8-10….until you can’t perform unbroken sets. DB Deadlifts (50/35 lb.)

Finisher 40 Devils Press Every time you rest, perform 10 Weighted Sit-ups
