3 Year Anniversary
At CrossFit Berrien a lot can happen in three years. We've had marriages, new babies, graduations, friends leave and and new ones come. The Greatest achievement and celebration goes to the ones who have been with us since the start. You have worked so hard, your goals have become reality, because you compete every day to be better at life. Your achievements came from 3 years of always getting back up, 1,095 days of beating who you were the day before, and 65,700 seconds of sweat and tears and laughter. You are community. You are everything.
